Day 02: Delhi to Leh by Flight – Arrival in Leh: A Breath of Fresh Himalayan Air

Welcome to the enchanting land of Ladakh! Upon arrival in Leh, take some time to acclimatize to the high altitude. Remember to drink plenty of water and allow the crisp mountain air to rejuvenate your body and mind. In the evening, enjoy a leisurely walk through the vibrant Leh Market, soaking in the colorful atmosphere and rich culture of this ancient Himalayan town.

Day 03: Local Sightseeing – Shanti Stupa, Namgyal Tsemo Monastery & Sangam

Today, enjoy a short sightseeing tour around Leh Town, covering Shanti Stupa, Namgyal Tsemo Monastery, and Sangam.

Namgyal Tsemo Monastery was built in the 15th century by King Tashi Namgyal as a symbol of his victory over his enemies. The monastery offers a perfect postcard view of Leh Town along with panoramic views of the Zanskar Range and the mighty Stok Kangri Peak.

Next, visit the beautiful Shanti Stupa, a white dome-shaped Buddhist monument situated on a hilltop in Changspa, Leh.
